Our Notary Location pages now feature a much larger, interactive map – so it really is easy to find out how to reach us.

But we didn’t stop there – we also added a direction box – simply punch in your starting post code and door to door directions will be in front of you within a second or two.

The web re-design was all handled by Richer Image who have also kindly offered 10% off any of their services to our customers.

Yes, The Notary Service has yet another location – Willenhall.

As well as the usual short-notice, weekend, evening and home visit services, the Willenhall Notary Location will operate a weekend drop in service held most Saturdays between 2-4pm.

The Eagle-Eyed amongst you will notice we said most Saturdays, so please contact us either on-line or by calling us free on 0800 084 2611 to confirm beforehand.

The Notary Service now arrives to the North-West region of the Birmingham area with the opening of our Walsall Notary Signing Location. A location in the Walsall area was one we had planned from the very start and makes The Notary Service even more convenient to reach.

For the time being Walsall will be ‘by appointment only’.  Needless to say short-notice, evening and weekend appointments come included with our service.

Both Notary Signing Locations have the benefit of a ‘No Appointment Necessary’ service on Tuesday and Thursday Evenings.

As promised, we are happy to announce a new Notary Location – Coventry.

The Coventry Surgery does not have a regular home at the moment but will operate from a couple of locations around Coventry.

For the time being, appointments will be by appointment only and can be arranged by either booking on-line or by calling us on FREEPHONE 0800 084 2611.

Needless to say, home visits and our evening and weekend service apply as standard.

There are not many times that you will need to see a Notary Public in your life, but when you do need one they can be difficult to find and quite expensive.

Unlike Solicitors (of which I am one) Notaries are few and far between. They are the oldest section of the legal profession and most also practise as solicitors.

It was when a client of mine asked me to find a notary for her that I found that it was not an easy task – arranging a suitable time and appointment was difficult, as most Notaries work between 9 and 5. My client was a busy professional and needed a late evening appointment or better still on the weekend.

So it dawned upon me that I should set up a service to provide this missing service. A notary available in the evening and at weekends. How strange. Coupled with a competitive pricing structure and a service to deal with the Apostilles at the Foreign & Commonwealth office or relevant embassy.

The Notary Service now operates from Coventry & Leamington Spa and can cater for
